Review: I cannot say enough wonderful things about this company!! We have used them at least 3 times, so my review is much overdue!Their drivers are so friendly and kind, and have just been a joy each time. Naive’s prices are super reasonable, they are always reliable, and they go above and beyond for their customers.For example, when using them for the first time for an airport transfer, the original carseat they provided did not really work for our daughter, so they offered to go out of their way and pick up a new one for me so she would have a safe ride home. They even allowed me to select one for them to pick up and just reimbursed them when they picked us up from the airport to return home. I was (and still am) blown away by the thoughtfulness and concern they showed making sure my daughter was safe. Probably the best customer service I’ve ever received in any industry!!They are always our #1 choice when needing transportation in the DC/MD area. Thank you Naive!

Review: We used Naive as part of the TownPlace Suites by Marriott free shuttle to and from BWI. The ride to the airport was fine, the driver was early but told us not to rush. The ride from the airport to Townplace Suites was nonexistent. We waited for over an hour and never saw our ride, I tried calling the number at the bottom of the confirmation email and it was just a recording describing all of the services they offer. I ended up paying for a Taxi from the airport to the hotel. It’s the next day now and I still haven’t heard from Naive. So when Townplace Suites advertises a Free Shuttle understand that it’s this group and they will totally ignore your request to come get you.

Review: I highly recommend this company. I scheduled a pickup at 3:20 am, and my driver arrived early. He was very courteous and turned on the type of music I listen to. I got to the airport in no time. I’m a very happy customer.
